From sea mist green to tender peach to aquamarine, these dreamy colors make me ready for lighter fabrics-chiffons, laces, and silks.

Elie Saab's glorious pieces remind me of the Greek mythological sirens.

I love this neckline, the pleats and the hemline.
classic Dior neckline
And I can't forget to add a sampling of Dior.
I'm seriously thinking of asking my mom to make me a dress like this!
and a beautiful bodice envelopped in classic, Dioresque black swiss dots.
Spring 2012 haute couture offers so many inspiring details and colors; it makes me want to work on some flowers once again (It's been months since I've created flowers for my Etsy store since I've had my shop on an extended vacation.)
What colors do you tend to gravitate toward in the Spring? For me, it's usually shades of pink and champagne, but I think this Spring, I'll try a little bit of peach...

I think you have some wonderful pastel inspirations Mandy. I too noticed these yesterday and they were so refreshing in their soft beauty. The fourth pic reminds me of my first serious outfit in my late twenties, an ice blue Albert Nipon that was pleated in much the same as that dress. How I wished I had kept it! I do have a picture of it. A beautiful post Mandy. Happy weekend. XO and xo
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a sweet comment. I adore the soft colors + black(can't forget the ole standby) xxpeggybraswelldesign.com
I would love to be able to don those dresses and I don't think I would ever take them off!! You would see me doing the dishes in those babies. I adore Dior- not sure if any of the pastels suit me- stronger colours are more my style. xxCorrina.
Absolutely breathtaking nice aqua colors by Elie Saab...........HOW much gorgeouseness was there in Paris!!!
Wish you lovely weekend,

Bises.
Divine images...and that pale dusty teal is absolutely gorgeous.
These are so gorgeous! I can see why you're inspired!

I think the black swiss dot for her momma

What lovely colours! I love the sea mist green and aquamarine the most.So beautiful!
Well these are stunning....I love the soft teal shade. Oh my how wonderful one would feel in one of these. Have a great Sunday dear one...xoxox
OK, my colors are the coral, the blue and of course, black.
The design of the black with the wonderful wrap neckline remind me of what I wore to my sisters shower last year... possibly what I am wearing to the launch party (have you figured out a way to beam yourself up for that one???). And the last dress. Dotted Swiss.
Dior.
Need you say more?
Momma needs to make you that. Yesterday.
Love, Ang

Hi Mandy,
Ces collections de printemps 2012 sont fabuleuses!
Un plaisir des yeux!
Dior, Chanel, Saab sont des poètes!
J'adore!
Have a good evening!
Oh to be tall and thin...The dresses shown are happy, beautiful and honest. I'd like to mix the blue shades with black and grey.
I'm loving the ice blue. Perfect for getting from winter to spring!

I would like to wish you, first of all, the greatest year, since so many of your dreams are about to come true and I truly wish you the best, eventhough I do not know you in person; but I guess that when a person decides to share a bit of her life for years with total strangers, and those on the other side decide to follow those flashes willingly, effortlessly and eagerly we kind of become friends. I´m from Portugal, I do not post very often but I follow your blog daily, anticipating with excitment what the news are going to be this time, never disappointing and always revigorated and inspired. Secondly I’d like to thank you for letting a door open for us, so that we could appreciate through the years the way you’ve evolved into someone so inspiring, so creative, so meticulous, so spontaneous, but above all, so genuinely true to yourself. Thank you, for I have also grown with you. I’ll keep on coming here, visiting you, hoping that if you come to my country one day, I’ll have the pleasure of welcoming you personally, opening then the doors of my house to you and hoping that you’ll feel at ease, just like I do, everytime I come to your blog.I invite you to visit mine as well http://cottoncandy-peaches.blogspot.com/
Cheers to you! Keep on being very Happy!
Mandy,
I love peach too! It's so rich, creamy and soft to look at. What lovely dresses. Material that glides and floats is my absolute favorite.
Nancy
